X-HUB Distribution（下称「X-HUB」「我们」）为跨境电商客户提供仓储、拆柜、一件代发、卡派和快递出单等服务，并通过 X-HUB 数字平台（app.x-hub.com、移动 App、开放 API，以及在 TikTok Shop、Temu、Amazon、Shopify、WooCommerce 等电商平台注册的 X-HUB 应用）处理客户及其店铺的订单数据。本政策说明我们收集哪些数据、如何使用、存储、保护和删除。
X-HUB Distribution ("X-HUB", "we") provides warehousing, devanning, drop-shipping, trucking and parcel-label services to cross-border e-commerce merchants, and processes merchant and store order data through the X-HUB platform (app.x-hub.com, the mobile app, the open API, and the X-HUB applications registered on TikTok Shop, Temu, Amazon, Shopify and WooCommerce). This policy explains what data we collect, how we use, store, protect and delete it.

我们不收集买家的支付卡信息，也不向买家直接发送营销信息。We do not collect buyer payment card data and never send marketing messages to buyers.
2. 数据用途 · How we use data
- 抓取待发货订单、报价、购买快递面单、仓库拣货贴标出库，并把单号回传到客户店铺。Pull unshipped orders, quote, buy shipping labels, pick and label in the warehouse, and push tracking numbers back to the merchant's store.
- 向客户出具服务账单、对账和报表。Billing, reconciliation and reports for the merchant.
- 安全、防欺诈、审计和法律合规。Security, fraud prevention, audit and legal compliance.
平台数据只用于为授权该店铺的客户履约，不用于其他目的，不出售，不用于广告。Platform data is used only to fulfil orders for the merchant who authorized that store. It is never sold, used for advertising, or repurposed.
3. 数据共享 · Sharing
- 承运商（FedEx、UPS、USPS、GOFO 及合作打单服务商）：仅提供出单所需的收件人姓名、地址、电话和包裹信息。Carriers and label providers: only the recipient and package data needed to create the shipment.
- 电商平台：回传单号、承运商和发货状态。E-commerce platforms: tracking number, carrier and shipment status.
- 基础设施服务商（服务器托管、邮件）按我们的指示处理数据。Infrastructure providers (hosting, email) acting on our instructions.
- 法律要求时向主管机关提供。Authorities where required by law.
4. 存储与安全 · Storage and security
- 数据存储在美国境内的服务器，传输全程 TLS 加密。Data is stored on servers in the United States; all transfers use TLS.
- 平台令牌、API 密钥和承运商凭证以 AES-256 加密存储，界面只显示掩码。Platform tokens, API keys and carrier credentials are stored AES-256 encrypted and only ever shown masked.
- 按角色控制访问（客户端、办公室端、仓库端），敏感数据访问留有审计日志，保留 12 个月。Role-based access (customer, office, warehouse); access to sensitive data is logged and retained for 12 months.
- 客户撤销店铺授权后，我们立即停止访问该店铺，并按下节删除相关个人数据。When a merchant revokes a store authorization we stop accessing that store immediately and delete related personal data per the section below.
5. 保留与删除 · Retention and deletion
- 买家个人数据（姓名、地址、电话、邮箱）在订单完成交付后保留不超过 90 天，之后自动清除或匿名化。Buyer personal data (name, address, phone, email) is retained no longer than 90 days after delivery, then automatically purged or anonymized.
- 订单号、SKU、单号和账单等业务记录按财务和法律要求保留。Business records (order numbers, SKUs, tracking, invoices) are kept as required for accounting and legal purposes.
- 客户可随时要求删除其账户和相关数据（法律要求保留的除外）。Merchants may request deletion of their account and related data at any time, except where retention is legally required.
6. 你的权利 · Your rights (including CCPA)
加州及其他适用法律下的居民有权知悉、访问、更正、删除我们持有的个人信息，并有权不因行使权利而受到歧视。我们不出售个人信息。请通过下方联系方式提出请求，我们会在法定期限内回复。Residents of California and other applicable jurisdictions have the right to know, access, correct and delete personal information we hold, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information. Send requests to the contact below; we respond within the statutory period.
7. 第三方平台条款 · Platform terms
我们作为 TikTok Shop、Temu、Amazon 等平台的第三方服务商，遵守各平台的开发者协议、数据保护要求和买家数据使用规范；对平台数据的使用以平台条款和本政策中更严格者为准。As a third-party service provider on TikTok Shop, Temu, Amazon and other platforms we comply with each platform's developer agreement, data protection requirements and buyer data policies; where they are stricter than this policy, the platform terms prevail.
