服务条款 Terms of Service
本条款适用于 X-HUB Distribution（「X-HUB」「我们」）提供的数字平台、移动 App、开放 API，以及我们在 TikTok Shop、Temu、Amazon、Shopify、WooCommerce 等电商平台注册的 X-HUB 应用（统称「服务」）。使用服务或授权 X-HUB 应用访问你的店铺，即表示你同意本条款和我们的隐私政策。
These terms govern the X-HUB Distribution platform, mobile app, open API and the X-HUB applications registered on TikTok Shop, Temu, Amazon, Shopify and WooCommerce (the "Service"). By using the Service or authorizing an X-HUB application to access your store you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. 服务内容 · The Service
服务包括：从你授权的店铺抓取待发货订单；按你的选择或预设规则报价并购买快递面单；在 X-HUB 仓库拣货、贴标、出库；把快递单号和发货状态回传店铺；仓储、库存、退货和账单管理。The Service pulls unshipped orders from stores you authorize, quotes and buys shipping labels according to your choice or preset rules, picks, labels and ships from X-HUB warehouses, pushes tracking numbers and shipment status back to the store, and manages storage, inventory, returns and billing.
2. 账户与授权 · Accounts and authorizations
- 你须提供真实的公司和联系信息，并妥善保管登录凭证和 API 密钥；账户下的操作视为你的行为。You must provide accurate company and contact details and keep credentials and API keys secure; actions under your account are attributed to you.
- 你确认有权授权 X-HUB 访问所连接的店铺，并遵守该平台对卖家和第三方服务的规则。你可随时在平台后台撤销授权，撤销后我们停止访问该店铺。You confirm you are entitled to authorize X-HUB for each connected store and will comply with that platform's rules; you may revoke authorization in the platform at any time, after which we stop accessing that store.
3. 数据 · Data
我们仅为履行服务使用店铺数据和买家信息，按隐私政策存储、保护和删除。你保证订单数据的合法性，并对通过服务发出的货物内容负责。We use store data and buyer information only to perform the Service and handle it per the Privacy Policy. You warrant the legality of the order data and are responsible for the contents of goods shipped through the Service.
4. 费用 · Fees
仓储、操作、运费及附加费按你与 X-HUB 签订的报价方案和平台上显示的价格收取。快递运费以承运商实际账单为准，承运商事后加收的附加费（如尺寸重量复核、旺季附加、地址修正）将按实补收。预付额度不足时系统可暂停出单。Storage, handling, shipping and surcharges are charged per your agreed rate card and the prices shown on the platform. Carrier charges follow the carrier's final invoice; surcharges billed afterwards by carriers (dimension/weight audits, peak surcharges, address corrections) are passed through. Label purchase may pause when prepaid credit is insufficient.
5. 可接受使用 · Acceptable use
- 不得用于寄递法律禁止或承运商禁运的物品。No shipping of goods prohibited by law or carrier rules.
- 不得试图访问其他客户的数据、绕过权限或对服务进行逆向工程、过量自动请求。No accessing other customers' data, circumventing permissions, reverse engineering or abusive automated requests.
- 开放 API 密钥仅限你自己的系统使用，不得转让。Open API keys are for your own systems only and may not be transferred.
6. 责任 · Liability
服务按「现状」提供；我们尽力保证平台可用和数据准确，但对电商平台或承运商接口的变更、中断、延迟以及由此造成的损失不承担责任。我们对任何一笔订单的责任以该订单所收取的服务费为限，包裹丢损索赔按承运商规则处理。The Service is provided "as is". We work to keep the platform available and data accurate but are not liable for changes, outages or delays of platform or carrier APIs or losses arising from them. Our liability for any order is limited to the service fees charged for that order; parcel loss or damage claims follow carrier rules.
7. 终止 · Termination
任一方可提前通知终止服务；结清费用后我们按隐私政策删除或返还你的数据。违反本条款或平台规则时我们可暂停或终止账户。Either party may terminate on notice; after settlement we delete or return your data per the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or platform rules.
8. 其他 · General
本条款受美国加利福尼亚州法律管辖。我们可能更新本条款，更新后的版本在本页发布并注明生效日期。These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. We may update them; the current version with its effective date is published on this page.
